On May 20th, the OCS Governors Coalition sent a letter to Congressional leadership requesting to remove the $375 million cap on GOMESA funds to the Gulf Coast states, create a revenue sharing program for Alaska, and citing the need to find a compromise in the deepwater Eastern Gulf of Mexico.
